I created a group for Oldschool DayZ Hardcore on Izurvive.

On this maps the places of events will be announced. But you can also use it if you want.

I use something similar on Android called DayZ Central. It got a very detailed map as well as showing loot types for almost all buildings. You can also make groups with markers and stuff. You can browse loot and more also.

I've joined on Izurvive now. Looking forward to the Polana event

There's a nice shared 'squad map' on dayztv.com.

The only thing rares I haven't found are helicopter loot. I guess dayzforums are right, that they're not spawning in 0.50. May even be my bad luck, but I've been up and down, circle lapping balota to NWAF.

We always find some crash site. You just had bad luck.

Yesterday our buddy found 2 in 20 minutes. In the first one he Found a M4 with a lot of mags.... and was able to lose it till the next helicopter
